Yes, from the form's Settings page at any time — quiz-only features like grading and proctoring simply apply once it's switched to a quiz.

Yes — the Create Form page has a Templates section with ready-made forms across categories like customer feedback, events, HR, hiring, healthcare, real estate, and education. Picking one immediately creates it as your own form, pre-filled with real questions and ready to edit.

Most are, but several business-oriented templates (like Job Application, Employee Onboarding, and Course Final Exam) are Pro-only. Locked templates are clearly marked and link to the Pricing page instead of creating a form if you're not on Pro.

Yes. A template is just a starting point — once created, it's a normal form you fully own: edit, rename, restyle, or delete it exactly as if you'd built it from scratch. It also counts toward your plan's form limit like any other form.

Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, true/false, rating, linear scale, matching, grids, date, time, email, and file upload — mix and match freely within one form.

Yes — under Settings you can choose to show everything on one page, one section per page, or one question per page, each with Back/Next navigation and a progress bar.

For quiz questions, you mark the correct answer(s) and assign points while building the form. As soon as someone submits, their score is calculated instantly — no manual review needed for auto-gradable question types.

Yes. You can release results immediately on submission, after a scheduled time, or manually whenever you choose — and decide whether to show the score only or also the correct answers.

Yes, per quiz. When the personal timer (or the form's scheduled closing time, whichever comes first) reaches zero, the quiz submits automatically with whatever was answered so far — required questions left blank are simply scored as unanswered rather than blocking the submission, since there's no way to go back and fill them in once time is up.

Yes, with a start and/or end date and time. Outside that window the form shows as unavailable to new visitors; anyone already mid-attempt when the window closes still gets their final answers accepted.

Only when they click Submit themselves — a quick "are you sure?" prompt, since answers can't be changed afterward. Automatic submission (timer or schedule running out) always skips that prompt and submits right away.

Three, and you can combine any you have access to: Monitor (logs and warns on tab-switching or minimizing) from the Plus plan, Lock (also runs the quiz in fullscreen and blocks common close/new-tab shortcuts) from Pro, and Camera capture (takes still photos automatically during the attempt) on Premium.

No browser lets any website disable the Esc key or force a tab to stay open — that's a deliberate security guarantee in every browser, not something any proctoring tool can override. What Lock mode does is detect it immediately, log it as a violation, attempt to return the participant to fullscreen automatically, and report the whole timeline to you — a strong deterrent, not an absolute lock.

Photos only, never video or audio. With the participant's explicit consent, it takes still images periodically, whenever no face is visible in frame for several seconds, and whenever they switch tabs or lose window focus.

Yes — on the Responses page, any flagged attempt shows a clickable badge that jumps straight to that person's full activity timeline and, if Camera capture was on, their captured photos.

The quiz still proceeds normally — proctoring is a monitoring aid layered on top of the quiz, never a hard requirement to take it.

Response distributions, averages, and charts appropriate to each question type — bar, pie, histogram, and more — plus a response-over-time trend for the whole form.

Yes — every chart on the Analytics page has a download button that saves it as a PNG image.

Yes — CSV export (for spreadsheets) is included from the Plus plan, and SPSS .sav export (for statistical analysis) from Pro, both from the Responses page.

Yes. Add collaborators as editors (who can build and manage the form) or viewers (who can see responses and analytics), right from the form's settings.

Editors can change questions, settings, and theme; viewers can only see responses and analytics, without being able to modify the form itself.

Yes, from the form's collaborator settings — the new owner takes over full control, and the original owner keeps whatever role is set for them afterward.

Account emails (verify your email, reset your password, password-changed confirmation) and subscription emails (payment received, approved, rejected, or cancelled) — sent automatically as each of those events happens.

Yes, for new accounts — you'll get a confirmation link by email right after signing up, and login is blocked until it's clicked. If you signed up before this was introduced, your account was automatically grandfathered in as verified.

Check spam first. The login page has a "resend confirmation link" option for verification emails; the "Forgot password" page can be used again any time for a fresh reset link.

Yes — passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), every form is protected against cross-site request forgery, and traffic is served over HTTPS.

Yes. Every upload — receipts, cover images, and file-upload question answers — is checked for allowed file type and a maximum size, then scanned for known malware where available, plus dedicated checks against decompression bombs (oversized images and zip-based files like .docx/.xlsx/.pptx/.zip).

Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), common documents and spreadsheets (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, CSV), audio, video, and ZIP files, generally up to 15MB depending on where it's being uploaded — the exact allowed types and limit are always shown next to the upload field itself.

New accounts confirm their email before they can log in, and password resets go out as a secure, time-limited emailed link — never shown or logged in plain text.

Pricing is shown on our Pricing page with monthly and yearly options (yearly includes a discount). Payment is by bank transfer — you'll see the account details, upload your receipt, and an admin confirms it, usually within one business day, with an email either way.

More forms, advanced question types like file upload, proctoring, response exports (CSV/SPSS), several premium templates, and removal of CRESTMAS branding from your forms, among other things — the full comparison is on the Pricing page.

Yes. Cancelling moves your account back to the Free plan immediately. Since billing is a one-time transfer per period rather than an automatic recurring charge, there's nothing further to stop.

Your account automatically returns to the Free plan unless you've made a new payment before then. Your renewal date is always shown on the Manage Subscription page, and you'll get an email if a payment is approved, rejected, or your subscription is cancelled.
